Khartoum American School seeks outstanding teachers for the 2008-09 academic year in the following areas:

Grade 1 Classroom Teacher
Grade 4 Classroom Teacher
Arabic Language Teacher

Minimum requirements include:

Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
In-depth study in the chosen discipline
Excellent English skills, both oral and written
Familiarity with international educational models and pedagogy
Classroom teaching experience
Evidence of on-going professional development
Desire to work with children and students from diverse national and ethnic backgrounds
