Notes:

Dollar payments must be made by check or bank transfer to the school's account in the USA or Sudan. For those who elect to pay the fees by bank transfer in the USA, please add $10.00 to cover the bank transfer charges. All checks issued from banks not located in the USA or Sudan are subject to $50.00 clearing fee.

A non-refundable $1,000 deposit that is credited towards tuition fees is payable upon registration for an academic year.

The annual capital fee is payable by all enrollees in grades Kindergarten through Grade 12. This fee funds ongoing facility and program improvements.

Payment is required for three quarters of the school year by the first day of the first quarter. The final quarter payment may be paid by February 1st, but a 15% handling charge will be added to any fees not paid after 30 calendar days from the day the student enters the school.

If the payment or record of transfer is not received 30 days after the first quarter begins, the student or students will be excluded from school, and the next student on the waiting list will be accepted. If the waiting list is empty or space exists in the class desired, the student will be re-admitted when payment is made including a late charge of an additional 15%.

Refund Schedule: (not including the capital donation fee):  

Withdrawal during the first quarter. 70% of annual tuition will be returned.
Withdrawal during the second quarter. 40% of annual tuition will be returned.
Withdrawal during the third quarter. 15% of annual tuition will be returned.
Withdrawal during the fourth quarter. No tuition will be returned.
